Beyond Burnout
A neurobiological approach to preventing psycho-social harm in the workplace.

The World Health Organisation identifies burnout as the primary psychosocial hazard in our modern work. Retention, psychological insurance claims, worker satisfaction, workplace culture and client outcomes are all deeply impacted by workplace burnout. The impacts of workplace burnout has severe practical and financial impacts on companies throughout Australia. Social and neurological research supports that when burnout is addressed proactively can significantly reduce these impacts by creating cultures of prevention rather than cure.

Join us for a comprehensive full-day workshop designed to support your employees to understand burnout from a practical and neuro-informed perspective, identify signs of burnout in themselves and in their team, and develop practical and personalised strategies to prevent burnout. This workshop integrates cutting edge neuro-scientific research with practical strategies to reduce the profound impact of burnout on individuals in education, healthcare, and community services.
